Dps Build?

I have been looking through these forums and realised that none of them help me as they're all really high level builds. Can someone help and guide me through stats and skills? I'm from Epona, if anyone would like to be my Rogue mentor? Muchly appreciate all comments :)

dex build with str gear when u about 150 u wana run 300-400 str and a stacked dex build since offhand axe adds 150 str. skills qs ss double lifesteal depending on if u solo riposte or group rend but upto u for what works best to ur play style but u wand like 1:2 str: dex ratio capping str at 300-400

I would suggest to use dagger, and for skills I would use qs, ss, sneaky, ripo, then spare points in lifesteal. For stats I would get about 200-300 strength, get about 2.5k-3k hp then the rest in dex.

Shadowbolt2- 113 Warrior (Retired)
Helaman- 157 Locker Rogue
ShadShot- 89 Ranger
Shadow Bolt- 82 Druid
Raganos- 100 Warrior
