Im level 80 and still havent found a "wise" troop. How can i make them spawn/ where do they spawn the modt frequently.

Does frostbite seem like a good skill to use as an ice mage, i just noticed that the critical skill works with the Dot dmg from Rupture, does it seem good to invest points in it now or should i focus on something else.
