What have you done about It?.. I really want to get back onto the game. But I don't want to spend any money on a new character. Or use a new sign in. Because when I finally get my old one back. I won't use it. This problem is ridiculous. This should be an easy fix. Support need a live chat support service. Things will get done so much quicker.
