I accidentally purchased a tier 1 Phoenix trying to upgrade my tier 4 work and a lack of sleep I forgot you just needed the egg so is there anything I can do to get the one egg back?

You can send a support ticket in (either from in-game, or by emailing Support@onethumbmobile.com) and request that Support refund the level 1 phoenix - they should be able to help ya out.

If emailing them, be sure to include your character name, account username, and server.

I made a mistake with my phoenix ;-;

It was multiple mistakes on the same pet at the same time, do they refund you multiple mistakes or just one mistake per event?

Mate, if i could even get a Phoenix i would be happy
