Are the silver regeneration and gold regen amulets worth it? what would you say is the cheapest yet best lux from this event shop?

I think you are refering to the Silver, Gold and Heroic amulets of rejuvenation? If so, then the 200k heroic ammy of revjuvenation is your best bet, gives 75 health and energy and 20 health and energy per tic (every 5 seconds) if you are refering to samhain "gold and silver lux" then to my knowledge i dont know about any "gold or silver samhain lux items" maybe you could try to explain more in detail?
