We have been receiving reports of a new account scamming email floating around.

To maintain your account security, we re-iterate that you must NOT share your account details or install third party programs from anyone claiming to be able to unban an account or prevent your account from being banned.
If you are unsure of an email or have received such emails, please contact [email protected]

They are scams and will usually mean your account will be compromised (stolen from you).
The Celtic Heroes Support never ask for passwords. Never. (Nor would we threaten with an arrest via email!)

The scamming email in questions follows the lines of (in mis-spelt English):
Greetings, I am from the Celtic Heroes support team and beleive your account/s details have been hacked. I need you to follow these simple instructions......
Failure to do this within 48 hours will result in your account/s being banned forever. Your devices will also be shut down forever for your safety. We will also notify the police who will arrest you for breaking the Data Protection Laws.
