Celtic Heroes

So I have a main in Mabon lvl 222 Rogue, and a Mage lvl 176, so what happened is, on my Mage I got access to bridge of despair, completed the floor bosses quest twice and moved to the entrance of infernal armories but guess what? It doesn't let me, it doesn't show anything at all! I gotta level up with my friends as soon as I can, help is urgent, I tried character stuck thing, I even sent a ticket to support and their respond was hilarious, it was mentioned on the ticket that I had done the quest but I cannot proceed any further but they told me in the mail to do the quest...Are they too lazy to fix an issue like this or is it me? Do I need to be of higher level? I don't think so. Any solutions anyone? Much appreciated :*

Also developers like it when you take screen shots/ recording of what's going on so they can understand better. And also make sure Ur writing support thing properly
