I have 2 accounts registered on the same email. When I try to do forgot password, it gives me an error saying that either the email or username is incorrect(but both username and email have been confirmed by your guys' support). I just wanna reset the password to one of my accounts. Is there a way to fix this?

Make sure that both the username and email are all lower case, and there are no spaces before or after each entry.
