I have been off the game for about 2 years, and I decided to log in using my old account as I've been meaning to play this game again which I've really enjoyed. I've put a lot of time into my character, the name is Sora Zen, Sorazen (between the two iirc) she is a mage. I would really appreciate the help

It may take them a few days to get back with you, They recently came off a long break for the Thai New Year, so I'm sure they are working hard to catch up on support requests from that time period.
