What are your thoughts on using these skills at 125 btw I don't use all these skills

- Sneaky
- Expose weakness
- Posion weapon
- Fast reflexes
- Rend
- Life steal

- Sneaky - limited use in my opinion. Especially once you're into tighter rooms.
- Expose weakness - never used it.. More a bossing skill I think.
- Posion weapon - a constant in my builds.. Levelling on combos makes it a decent boost.
- Fast reflexes - don't use it, but in a low defence build it should probably replace poison.
- Rend - dont use it due to cast time and being able to get a few hasted knuckles hits out instead.
- Life steal - didn't start using it till quite recently, don't know how i coped without it now. (I do, I ate a lot more restos, lol)

Without using fast reflexes I get 450 defense but when I do use it I get 910 would that be good enough defense to switch out for poison weapon? 450 defense sounds good to me any other advice ?

Been so long since I was at that level that the numbers don't mean a lot.. I got around 1400 defence at 173 without reflexes and I find that to give me a good deal of survivability.
I'd base your decision on how well you're dodging non skill attacks from mobs.. If your health isn't dropping really quick then you can probably afford to put points in poison instead.

-good on some builds but not great
-not good til eg bossing
-decent on certain builds but not as good as reflexes
-a must for all leveling builds. It helps so much.
-i use on my solo spear build at level 1 just cuz it's auto dmg, but not really worth upgrading
-a must for soloing. Great heals and ok dmg.
