Aeon used Google Sheets linked to Google Forms -- players submitted a short form (name, boss, time) that auto-updated the spreadsheet. This allowed everyone to view the spreadsheet and Aeon's boss/attendance history on browsers or the Google Sheets app, and reinforced transparancy in the leadership.
