Yeah I'd say the lower leveled 2012 dragons are probably within soloing range, though it may mean lixing up. Depends on what class you are trying to solo with. Good luck

The event details say legacy dragons in lirs have an increased spawn rate. This mean natan,ythair and sunckaw only, right? So no 200 or 210 or any other version.

Technically, the others are drakes not dragons
Edit: this is a bit confusing as drakes can be younger drags(in today's world) or a drake(totally different creature type) in old terms
