Celtic Heroes

Hello I would like some advice and guidance on the seedling pet, I currently have a lvl 1 volt seedling, which gives me a passive 10 magic damage and it says that the aura skill gives 10 damage to people within the aura, but when I check the stats on toons stood in the circle, it actually only adds 5 points ? Does anyone know why this could be. My ability is 250 currently. And I haven’t seen the aura damage go up even 1 point. I read in another post that it doesn’t scale in the tool tip but I’m just not understanding why it says it adds 10 when it only adds 5 to another person stood in the aura. I thought it may be my level but my toon is lvl 102 which is high enough to have a lvl 3/4 pet. Thankyou in advance.
