Updated Guide??

Is there an updated guide for fishing the only one I can find goes to 110.
I started fishing 2 days ago an just hit 140, is there other places good for farming other than shale, I play on Epona and there’s a million man march along the bank always..
Just looking for a decent area to gather or look for rings, or another decent place for gold
