Sulis is actually ok, scammers are a problem everywhere, and I'm sure its not more of a problem than on other servers. There are loads of nice people, and some pretty good clans out there.
The prices are good, but it seems to me (correct me if I'm wrong), that there are not so many people selling plat at the moment.
However, all in all Sulis is a good server.
