Also, make sure your account is signed into the right server. You might need to go partway through the new character creation screen to get there if it doesn’t default to the server your original character was on. Hope this helps.

How long has it been since you emailed support? They might be running a bit slow from the corona-timewarp, so it might take a bit longer than usual.

Lugh is nice with a few good early clans, dom clan that can kill all raids, and a competing clan that makes things interesting on everything below gele. Drama exists, but pretty easily avoided.
Economy isn't too horrible either.
