You pick the best time to start before event . I would have done it near end or middle of event so people could enjoy it first.

I'm excited because most of the times halloween event is always the best.

I think they should have kept the lvl cap at 200 and make more horizontal content, but it's to late for that. Also would want to spend so much real life money for just a few lvls on an app. More horizontal content would lead to more players playing and paying.

You know what's the easiest way to figure it out? Ask the people who made it.

Have you ever thought about merging? Or having mutual agreements to kick any who resets. Or what about agreeing to a boss schedules?
