If you get almost as much dmg with a h2h build as with a normal dagger hybrid build then strength doesn't suck, neither do daggers, your dagger build does...

You should look for the infinity blade shield, it looks pretty much the same.

The offhand looks like the 14 shield/ice resist shield fron infinity blade 1 or 3

So 2 str:2 dex:1 vit and max ss qs riposte lifesteal and rest in reflexes
