In my opinion, a small amount of Focus is usually a good idea for most players up until level 130-140ish, when you can start to get more gear that gives you straight energy.

I'm on the level 133 as a druid. My questline took me to Dunskeig Sewers and other than the armor (Frozen or Frost) in the OW there doesn't seems to be any other quests to do or anywhere else to go.
