Our chieftain is recommending to the clan that we make all bought toons wether they are within clan or cross server wait 2-3 months as opposed by our normal 1 month rule. Is this to long of a wait, do u think or is it reasonable?

How long do you think someone should be a recruit (cant get any clan gear) when they transfer from another sever?
Months, Weeks, Days, ? What are your thoughts?

is the timer 5 hours for all events with skain having a 10 min window and lower events having a bigger window?

also how big is the window? hours, mins, years?

sharp shot probably works like quick strike now. both have an animation. every skill has some sort of animation so why do you single out sharpshot.

why are you saying that it is not instant cast. it was instant cast before the update. and now you are trying to say it is not now? it is clearly instant cast.
