support@onethumbmobile.com. Without the username it might be somewhat difficult to prove your ownership of the account, but you can try giving them as much info about the account as you can remember. If you have any premium Platinum purchases through the account, try looking up those dates and amounts through your google or apple account, and include those details...that would really help your case.
It may take some time for them to respond to you - they are currently several days to a week or so behind on tickets. Don’t worry though - they will get back with you.
