Hello I have been playing your game for about 4 years and my first ever account was lost I know the pass and username but it says conflict on account name can you fix this because I’ve tried contacting one thumb mobile support but they don’t respond back

Hello I have been playing your game for about 4 years and my first ever account was lost I know the pass and username but it says conflict on account name can you fix this because I’ve tried contacting one thumb mobile support but they don’t respond back

Support can take up to a few days (work days, not counting weekends) to respond to tickets. If you sent them an email at support@onethumbmobile.com or sent an ingame support ticket, they will see your message and help you out, it just may take a little time to get to you on their list.

I’m pretty sure that conflicted account names are a pretty quick fix, so it should be fixed and ready to play shortly.
