Support can take up to a few days (work days, not counting weekends) to respond to tickets. If you sent them an email at email@example.com
or sent an ingame support ticket, they will see your message and help you out, it just may take a little time to get to you on their list.
I’m pretty sure that conflicted account names are a pretty quick fix, so it should be fixed and ready to play shortly.
