Re: LeBron to the Lakers

Dan Gilbert didn't deserve LeBron and all those fans that burnt his jersey in 2010. These players owe these cities nothing. He promised he would deliver Cleveland a championship and he delivered, so instead of complaining, I hope Cleveland fans use this time to thank him for all he's done for that city.
I think everyone needs to realize that these athletes are loyal to whoever offers them the most money.
In most cases I can agree with this. However, for sports like basketball, where "super teams" and "dynasties" can last years, many people join to win, regardless of their salary. For example, DeMarcus Cousins reportedly signed with the Golden State Warriors on a 1 year deal for $5.3M USD, which is quite a bargain for a player of his caliber (All-Star level player). Also, the best players can make enough from sponsors to not have to worry about how much the team is paying them, although money is undoubtedly the main factor that affects where a player signs.
Yeah boogie literally ruined the Nba next season for everyone who isn't a warriors fan smh, literally so disappointed . Only enjoying i will do next year is watching the new rookies.

Cavs didn't deserve LeBron. I'm glad he left.

In America maybe, often in sports in Europe and other western countries players are more loyal to where they started out and many players reject more money to stay with a club that their family is close to or the club that gave them a chance when they were a junior.

Still fans shouldnt be upset about it. Its their choice, its financial and its a business after all. Thats their job and they want the best conditions for them. Its like expecting u to stay loyal to a company that taught u a lot but pays u much less and not move to a company that would give u far better conditions just because u didnt spend few years there.
