Hi im TragicShot a lvl 201 ranger on the server Balor. I reset my password using my email and it said a email has been sent to my email but its been 20+ hours and ive got nothing sent to my email...I can no longer log my account..please help me on how I can fix this. I do not know what to do

Have you checked the spam section? Emails from CH Support usually don't show up on Inbox rather than spam. If that's not the isssue then resend.

PS: Write down your emails and passwords on Notes to avoid this kind of issue again.

im dealing with a ch problem of my own. its a shame but i always feel like the problems happen on the weekend when they are busy
