Re: Why do 4* ph's exist?

An easier solution would just be giving 4* phs 1 drop, 5*s 2 drops, and 6*s 3 drops.

I requested this for years and just gave up, shame it never got a reply from anyone at OTM as it would improve things a lot.

OMG. Why don't we have a vendor in Caramore where we can buy DL armour drops or even better maybe just free DL armour if you can show that you are much more interested in having the armor but not really interested in actually playing the game.

Maybe just kill snori aND everyone in group gets full DL. Would that be OK for you all?

Maybe just take a chill pill, no one is asking to have drops handed to them, mkay?

I can camp bosses all day and see a 6* like maybe twice a day, 4* ph's spawn a lot and rarely drop anything. They are much of the reason the bottleneck is so terrible. Currys suggestion was a great idea and actually makes sense.

Where are you all rushing to? DG so you can all complain there nothing to do and go crush Warden/Meteoric/Frozen bosses so you can totally demoralize any new/casual players developing?

Progression needs slowing down rather than speeding up.

Totally randomized spawn times would be a good place to start (which BTW 4* placeholders conveniently provide.)

This would be good. Then you'd have to create a toon for each boss you need and sit there 24-7 since you'd never know when pyrus or stonelord or falgreen or 165 dl would spawn. Could be in 1 minute or 14 hours. The game consists of 3 things: bounties, killing bosses, and leveling. But if you wanted to complete your quest armors, you couldn't level because you'd never know when hat you needed would spawn. I guess some would consider chatting in castle an activity but I think most would rather use an out of game communication app rather than sit in game chatting.

OMG. Why don't we just make a freak out post and go rant mode.

There's already a reason players even if they are very active at boss spawns spend weeks and months at every armor piece (let alone weapons) they need. And on many servers, dragon disks and frozen is harder to get than dl and edl because of thr competition and number of phs. On Fingal, falgreen and all frozen bosses can have up to 40 toons at them battling.

Is armour completion a race with some big prize at the end?

Is it some chore which must be completed to feel fulfilled?

Most things worth having, have some "cost" associated with their acquisition, usually some time/work needs to be invested, either directly or via proxy of some tradeable currency. Things that become trivial to acquire, historically lose both economic value as well as sentimental value.

You should really try to focus more on enjoying playing the game. You know like: it's a journey not a destination kind of thing?

There is no big release when fully equipped in end game gear. Contrarily the game starts to get really boring once a character has been fully geared.

After fully geared you'll be asking for 5* to be removed because what is the point of riding all the way there for just one item? I mean you can't get to be uber millionaire just one drop at a time right?

Actually when ur fully geared you'll be asking for more spawns and stuff so newer players can get fully geared and compete with u for kills so it won't get boring :s

The fact is, no one should have to create new chars for no reason other than to gear their main.

The terrible frozen bottleneck makes lots of newer players get intimidated and less interested in the game, which is money out of OTM's pocket.

Chill man. Reason people want dl and edl is to actually be able to contribute at bosses.
