Which do you prefer? For bosses, leveling and in general. I had usually rolled with a runic fire axe, not sure if that is the best decision now.

I'm not an eg rogue but most of the rogues on my server use spite dagger and I heared its better in general

Depends if you have a reaper ring or not... I'd use axe if you do, dagger if not.
Never used an elemental axe, but I use runic grudges (slash/Str/vit) for bounties and it does its job well, you get some extra survivablity while still having some added dps. The regens help, too.

And what is better, haste offhand lvl 200 or dl offhand?

Haste dagger has been the better offhand ever since it was introduced and I adopted it on my rogue. It's been mimicked ever since. (As well as increasing hp)

'Mimicked' lmao. That haste dagger was bought across multiple server the second the lux shop came out.

Yea I don't play so much. I wasn't trying to sound smart? Lol. Haste dagger was commonly known as the best offhand across all the servers I know of. I guess your server was just full of fools, or you are lying like usual.
