what lvl do i need for double- or longshot? do i have to lvl up with sharp shot till im strong enought to kill the mobs dropping them?

You can get both of these skills at lvl 1. All you need to do is find the tomes. These can be purchased off players or dropped from higher level mobs. Or if your lucky maybe a friend could have them an give to you
