Celtic Heroes

I've decided to leave CH in the past. At the base of my decision, the endgame content doesn't appeal to me as it creates unhealthy competition for limited resources and I don't like what it does to people. I've had a lot of fun playing with many of you and I leave with a lot of toons that I'll miss and only a handful that I won't. Whether I was in Nitro/Honour, my brief time in Prime, or the majority of the time I spent playing clanless, I've had blast playing/chatting with all of you and I wish nothing but the best for all of you.

I will probably log one more time to give some stuff away, but then PoDatz will head back to the beach, give Brennan a pat on the back, and sail away.

This is a tough lost Podatz, you will be missed. As everyone who is not blinded by clan wars knows that you are intrinsically good and carry a welcoming persona.

I remember the first time I ran into Podatz was around lvl 102, fighting Kelpies, wondering how do Rangers use pitchforks and thankful for antique rings, given to me randomly, he then ran off to the green trees where I was much to weak to follow.

I could speak volumes on this. But I will not train and defile this thread. All I will say I 100 percent agree, and that my last purpose in celtic heroes is to try to fix this from the player side.


The fact that Podatz last thread about the meaning of his clan "Turning the Other Cheek" was largely ignored by Danu is a reflect of the failures of Danu leaders to provide a safe environment free from spite and malice acts and greed.

I was lucky enough to understand your enlightenment through our last conversation in the principles in the meaning of the clan name.. as it appears the clan name can serve as an sos call. Which broke me out of my either us or them way of thinking. Turning the other cheek means to me that the first clan to systematically show kindness in the face of malice intentions, can cause a ripple affect...the act will soon reciprocate, purging the server of greed and equating resetting to that of scamming. That we, won't have to suffer the lost of losing players of the PoDatz Calibur. I am sure Tolith is going to be shocked and we will end up soapbox ranting in whispers.



I digress...Podatz you will be missed. I in the wishful thinking sense, I will anticipate your return.

I remembered poking blue eyes with you in OW. It was hilarious when you spammed bolas and longshot to the point they could barely move, while I hurled volleys of fireballs. You also seemed to be one of the few rangers who could beat me in a duel. It's sad to see you go and I'll miss you, but be sure to come back from time to time to say hi to your old friends.

Have fun, Both in the virtual world, and the reality.
