Celtic Heroes

Hello. I have written several support tickets from the in game menu about plat i bought and never recieved. I have recipts from apple to show i bought these and was charged too. Why has support not replyed to any of my tickets? Im getting irritated as its been over a month. They respond to tickets ive sent from other accounts but not from the one im having an issue on. Ive been a loyal coustomer since 2011. I met my wife playing celtic heroes. It may only have been $20 but i feel i deserve a reply. Hate to sound ****** about this but come on otm/vr, wth?
