100% wrongly banned account

I tried logging in to my lvl 220’warrior account (which is my only one with all my toons on it) and turns out, hey im banned for 5-6 months.

Reason: Selling ingame items for irl cash
Evidence: what fricken evidence, i have all my gear still, no way to even accept cash from people that i dont know.

Please reply because this is 100% mistake and otm is completely in the wrong for banning my toon for this reason, not once have i sold an ingame for any irl cash

For banned account you will be required to contact the Appeals Team, we are unable to process appeals via the forum.

Please send the following to Appeals@onethumbmobile.com

- Username for account -
- Registered email -
- When account created/last played -
- Character(s) name(s) on the account - include deleted ones if you can remember them -
- Character levels on the account -
- Clans that characters are members of -
- Servers the characters are on -
- Premium purchases made -
- Any plat purchases made on the account and amount -
- Some items that characters will have or have equipped -

Emailed right away! Already sent one in great detail, except plat purchases those are mystery to me lol, been 4+ years lel

After looking into the case further it appears the ban was handled by a new staff member who was unaware of the context of the statements you made.

Regardless, I would advise not discussing (or performing) in-game transactions for real money.

Your account will be unbanned later today.

Yeah.. OTM isn’t much about evidence! Had account banned since 2013 for that “reason”
