Stuck on "Loading game..."
#1Hi! I recently had my characters deleted by a sibling, asked support to restore them via the app, and now when I try and log on, I get stuck on the "loading game.." screen. I only have 2 character slots on that server, and had to make a new toon to submit the support ticket, and I was trying to restore 2 characters. I'm thinking this has something to do with it but I have no idea. I tried submitting a ticket describing my problem but I'm unsure if it went thru. I've tried deleting and re-installing the app, and I can log onto different accounts, so I know it's a problem with this specific account. Thanks!
