Posted this in the bug reports section but wasn't sure where it would get attention first xD
Basically I left my clan yesterday and tried to make a clan (name: Eurydice Fan Club) on my 132 warrior on gwydion, Stubborn. It wasn't working and I was a bit confused and was going to post here, then someone in another clan tried to recruit me and told me it said I was already in a clan, which I deduced to be the reason I couldn't make my own clan.
I bought the clan banner and everything, just this glitch thats preventing it.

I restarted the game a few times and it seemed to resolve itself, idk what I did exactly that fixed it, but I was able to make my clan
