I sent a unban appeal 3+ months ago and haven't gotten answered by support yet.

Muldar, you told me I would get help the week after I wrote my other forum post, which didn't happened.

Other people from Nuada who got banned for the same reason as me have gotten unbanned. So would appreciate to get unbanned. Have spent money on the game and got more to spend.
