It's been THREE MONTHS since I completed the free plat offer. I've tried to contact Fyber but get an auto-generated response telling me to do something that is impossible to do. So I did what Muldar asked and emailed screenshots to support@onethumbmobile.com proving I completed it. Still NOTHING. WHAT IS WRONG HERE? How difficult can it be to add plat to an acc???? What does it take, like two minutes???

Now support@onethumbmobile.com is bouncing emails, citing a "permanent error." WTF is going on?
