I can not login in the game !!

Can you describe exactly where in the game this problem occurs?

Is it after creating a character and trying to enter play?

What do you see when this occurs?

Are you trying to play on wi-fi or 3G/4G?

i enter the username and pw then the alert massage tell me "the password or username incorrect" thers two accs has been lost the first the user "ahmedalarabi" and the sec was "arabishero" this login issue is just in the celtic app not here i logged in here by "ahmedalarabi" but i cant login in the app its always telling me username or pw incorrect!!

If you can provide them with the answers to these questions it will help speed up the process:

- Username for account -
- Registered email -
- When account created/last played -
- Character(s) name(s) on the account - include deleted ones if you can remember them -
- Character levels on the account -
- Clans that characters are members of -
- Servers the characters are on -
- Premium purchases made -
- Any plat purchases made on the account and amount -
- Some items that characters will have or have equipped -

can't show other mobs in other servers ! i should to play in the same serv ?
and the acc in celtic app it doesnt connect with site? i should to make another acc on the site ?
