I was playing Celtic at 7:00 pm and when I came back to play an hour later my character was gone. I tried support but when I sent it my friend sent one after me because of the same problem. He got a response but I didn't. Please help because he was a lvl 95 Mage in the server Crom and I really want him back.

Would you be able to provide me with the name of your character?

Zombie was the name of the character.

There appear to be no characters active or deleted by that name at the level specified, are you certain you have the name correct?

I've found a Zombie980 linked to your email address and restored the character for you.

You should be able to sign in and use that character now.

Do I have to do something like reinstall the game first because I don't see the character?

Have you signed into your account and selected the correct server?

If you go through character creation then tap the globe icon you will be able to select Crom where your character is located.

I went past character creation and it said 0 out of 2 in Crom.

Are you on the correct account? As in you have signed into the account you made the character on?

If possible PM me your username and I can compare it to the account you have created the character on.

I don't have pm but the account name is [removed] and I'm sure I'm logged in.
