Hello I got two accounts on this profile I can log into the other but my bank with all my important stuff starts to log on but then just keeps loading and loading and loading and doesn't time out
I sent support a message a week ago but no response yet want any ideas lol

Try resetting your character, you can do that from your account options (options you can access before logging in).

Nope, it just moves your character from wherever it is to the first ley in castle.
