Celtic Heroes

I always put remember password so whenever i open celtic heroes i just click continue, but suddenly it says wrong pass or user, i tried changing password with email, it says my email is wrong too? Please help!! i've already wrote to support on another acc, no response yet, but any ideas on what might have happened?

Accounts can't be hacked. Well I guess unless he had a log in like 1234 with the same password

how long does it usually take for support to reply? it has been 2 days now, still no response.

I have the same problem this morning. I know my password but it is not working anymore. I was in the game, did some fishing, left for a few minutes and couldn't log in afterwards.
I hope the support is reacting quickly and will send me a new password today.

The new password arrived quickly and I'm now online again. Thanks for the fast Support :-)
