I would like to change my account email address to an email that I actually use. However, I do not have access to the email account I created the character with 4 years ago (because I forgot the password for the email). Is there anyway to change this? Like I can supply as much information as I can about my account, and if its accurate, can my email be changed?

#2I have also attempted to recover the password for my old email address but have had no luck, I don't know what to do now.

Best bet is to probably shoot us an email at Support@onethumbmobile.com with all the detail on your account as possible and they should be able to swap over the email addresses for you
• Your username
• The name and level of a couple of characters on the account
• The current amount of platinum on the account
• Details of a recent trade by a character on the account
