Hello just wanted to ask for other warriors opinions on a question I have,

Are endgame warrior being pushed into a more hybird roll other than just true dps or true tank?

More so the opposite. "hybrid" builds are for leveling and pvp, both of which are pretty useless at endgame. A hybrid warrior can't tank any better than a rogue, and has a much worse dps output

After 220 most either stay full tank or full dps although some do alt back and forth depending on what is needed for eg bosses.

Im full dps and got a full tank too. We have many warriors so we dont need ppl switching to full tanks.

I think warriors have more viable hybrid builds these days. 2-3 years ago, 12k HP was unheard of, and that's all you need to tank all end-game bosses, besides Proteus/Gelebron.
Druid heals were only about 2k back then, but now it's not unusual to see 4-6k.

Warriors who do not tank full time could definitely be more useful as hybrid builds, and still sub-in as offtank for adds or event bosses.

When u have so many tanks that are full tanks it becomes pointless and simply a loss of dps. The fact is that a hybrid warrior does both parts badly (tanking and dps) compared to other types of hybrids.

A hybrid tank as long as he doesn't die and can keep a boss taunted, is just as good as a full tank. It's typically just about switching gears.
Of course they won't be good compared to a full tank or full dps, but a hybrid tank/dps is better than a full tank trying to dps.

Well full tanks will stay full tanks, although Ive seen some full tanks use gear better than hybrid tanks. Hybrid tanks that have taunt are fine but usually hybrid warriors dont use taunt and warcry (and they need warcry as they will usually tank some adds). Generally we have many full tanks in our clan, 3 that are almost lvl 230 and 1 lvl 210, as well as a hybrid tank as u have stated.

Yup ^ generally you'd at least need stance and taunt to tank anything that a rogue can't, and most likely formation and warcry to effectively tank 6*s. Putting points into those skills means you won't have a maxed pummel shatter frenzy double attack etc, meaning your dps is gimped and you still can't tank nearly as well as a full tank warrior. If you only have time for one toon I guess a hybrid can make sense on some worlds (depending on size on clan among other factors) but generally I see warrior mains going full tank and then creating an alt ranger or rogue
