Going for Spear

Which Skills should I use if I'm using Spear on a Warrior? I'm looking for 4 Skills. I'm not looking to be a full tank, because that seems like it takes some practice.

Pummel is op with a no main hand build
I dont see the point but considering pummel is a very fast high hitting skill that frequently hits near max dmg, I think its great in general.
