For a level 200 or higher Rogue what is the best type of regens or equipment set that can keep us in battle or leveling without having to worry about not having enough energy to cast our skills rapidly ?

Please if you can list some of the items below or you can post a pic especially if its rare, its your choice

Stargem ammy, Skain attack str misc/poison dmg misc
Runic brace of dex
4x valour rings
Pot spam

Tbh from what I've seen regen gears don't actually play a large factor in the field. Just regen lix and use restos. If you really want to use regen gear you're gonna lose dps- I would stick with lux runic neck and attk/dmg gear for tower.

Yeah, true indeed I noticed that today. I did buy them rings though, now just looking for more damage gear.
