I have 10 sp on rend would it make a difference if i put that sp on life steal? i have more dex than str..

life steal casts too slow, i'm not a fan of it.
i say keep it on rend or put it on poison weapon if you don't have it

i have 0 on life steal n 0 on poison weap cause its 1 damage per sp how effective is it at 10 poison damage

Rend better. As it ticks u are essentially priming up and giving yourself higher chance at other skills hitting critically when the tick damage does not.
