Im a level 100 rogue from Epona and wondering the best places to level , best jewerly for my level and what stats and skills I should use for leveling

Kelpies and trees in otherworld, then at blackstones around 120.

Know anything about a builds/stats?

I always liked strength build up to a point, I used riposte on 2-3 mobs at a time more experience that way. May require buying some potions though. Later on I did add dex with other skills, right now I use poison weapon, quick strike, riposte, assasainate (for tough 4* mobs), shadowstrike.
