So two sets of questions.

Is 200 level shop dagger better than the first tier dex mord spear on combo/heroic haste, and is the 200 shop spear better than the mord spear I just mentioned? Also, in pvp, in training, and bosses.

Depends souly on your build.
I use Dark Vit Mord Spear at lvl 220 when Lvling. Im Str to make use of the high pierce. I'd say Dex wouldn't be bad to use.
200 shop Spear is slow as. Only use for Assass records.
200 shop dagg is good. I used for a while, still use if I alt to sneaky attack. I think dl dagg would dish out equal dmg due to its lower dmg but higher speed. How ever idk, I don't have a dl dagg.

Imo use mord spear. I like using spear. It's fun. Make sure ability is max.
200 dagg would be equal with mord spear.

Disregard 200 spear entirely.
