Help i keep resisting my sharpen weapon

The damage doesnt matter. It is skill level. You could have a full dex cunning ranger with 45/45 sharpen weaps and adds 190 and a str attack ranger with 50/50 that adds 175 and the 50/50 weaker skillwill lap the 45. Its dumb and should be based on damage boost not skill level....but its not

@op if you cast it with a sharpen weaps skill ring and then cast again without the skill ring it will resist because you are trying to cast a lower level skill. Or if someone else in group has a higher level skill then yours will also be resisted when you try to cast
