I used ice quiver, and now I have fire quiver (lvl 100 req).

Light Heal maxed all the way. One of our best skills and advantages over Mages, Rogues and Warriors.
You forgot druids. They can't do both( damage n hit) in same time. Rangers are the only ones

Ice is only good in the OW...
It is okay. But where ice really comes in is when your battling fire based mobs- which ow has an abundance of.
