those rings are utterly and completely useless. I had imperial +900 crit strike from fishing, and didn't notice any boost to my attacks. It procs more if I dont wear it. So, just drop it or sell to shale lux pal

Put a random stats, throwback to highschool days when someone was like "Can I have a sunblock" going off topic, I'm pretty certain they have a random stat generator or a monkey making all the recent gear.
