When I went to the Star Wars Cekebration Orlando, even Disney wouldn't acknowledge these films exist. They had film screenings and they showed in order, Rogue One, Ep 4, 5, 6, and 7 over two nights.

I was there too in December, and they did do short bits in the fireworks show at the end of the night, but you're correct. They are pretty much disowning them. I didn't see any prequels in the stage show during the day (except for Darth Maul).
